During the observation i did not see a striking difference in method that they use for teaching at the school i observed with my school in Indonesia. In general, they teach with almost same method is conventional method.

The difference that is between school in Indonesia that i knew and satit thepsatri is rule in school. One of that really striking difference that i saw is used handphone during learning process. In satit thepsatri they gave a place for saved they phone.
In Indonesia i never saw school that give place for saved student's phone. So, i think the idea is not bad. Even sometimes teacher need handphone in learning process. But with that rule will give a limit for using handphone in class.
Overall, not much difference between school in Indonesia with satit thepsatri. Some difference in rule of the school. One of that is each subjects had own office like english langguage office, science office, etc

But school in Indonesia, just had one kind office for teachers.

Almost all students in class that i observed listened and follow instruction from teacher to well. Teachers and students in there are humble. I like it. Even they gave us own office. They always help us. Not just teacher and students, saller in canteen are humble too. They respect us as moeslim.

The task of the excellent teacher is to stimulate "apparently ordinary" people to unusual effort. The tough problem is not in identifying winners: it is in making winners out of ordinary people.
