Summary
The dream of being a good teacher demands that I always want to develop myself to become a decent teacher for my students. I always want to follow anything that can develop my abilities. This SEA-Teacher program is a program that I think is good because it can make shy people like me be more confident and very good for pr because it can provide experiences that can motivate themselves to develop themselves.
My fear will be different from the others, making me imagine the bad things that might happen while I'm in Thailand. I'm afraid if they don't accept me well because of the clothes I use. However, after I got there all my fears were just a futile thing that I should not have thought too much because how I looked they always smiled at me. That was the first thing that made me comfortable there. I think I won't be able to last long there but in fact I even cry when I remember my days there. The food of a Muslim who is different from other religions is also not a big obstacle for me to survive there because the people there always help me find food that I can eat. They show what I can and cannot eat. People might think that surviving in a country where even our language we don't understand is a difficult thing to do. However, I denied that. In my opinion, as long as good things we always do and believe in God endure is the easiest thing to do.
Procedures of practicum
Practicum starts from 1st of august until 29th august. Fortunately there were no major obstacles during the practicum. The first week I observed the students there. The following week I did teaching assistant while I prepared the lesson plan. I practiced teaching in the third week of practicum. And the last week there for evaluation.

The challenges of practicum
The Language barriers are really a problem for me. I think as a teacher, communication is very important in teaching children. Communication is the main link between students and teachers. I want to joke and talk with children but I can't do it. I try my best to convey the material well and can be understood by students.
Overall impressions
Overall I really enjoyed this activity. All the activities I did were very enjoyable for me. I am happy to get this golden opportunity. Even so there are sad moments when ending this activity. Meeting with people there made me learn about life. This experience will be an experience that I use to evaluate good learning activities in the future
Suggetions for future improvement
I hope the time given can be even longer to get better results and I hope this program can always lasts.
