To make learning work effectively, the teacher must be able to manage time and class properly.
My time management strategy is:
 

1. Due to the material that I present in English. I am sure students will take a long time to record material so I will let them record material when I am explaining.
 

2. I always check whether students have understood the material or not to fill in the empty time
 

3. I try always to talk to them
When determining the winner of the tournament I asked students to check with me so that there was no time for them to be empty.
