Wahhh, it's very fun today. Really unexpected. I thought today would be like before, being in the laboratory and just sitting while watching the students but it didn't. So, today Thepsatri Rajabhat University held an "Science Exhibition" event. Yes, my favorite field. Actually, I don't know the name of the program because there is no writing that I can read, aka everything written in Thailand. But, Ajarn Mey said this was a science exhibition. The exhibition is intended for students whose schools are located around the campus. Because Satit thepsatri is not on day off, so it is only a science lesson that will take them there. My estimates are like that. This program seems to be regulated by a group system. So, the teacher will bring one group which is then directed to attend the event. Lucky me, my schedule today in general science subjects. Students do not go there directly, but will enter the laboratory first. Then they will test the folding paper filter. Today there are matthyom 1/3, 1/4, and 1/1 (the class I demonstrated directly how to fold the filter paper). Of course, this class has a different character during the exam. They are given filter paper, then write the name on the filter paper. Ajarn Mey will count to 30 and they have to finish before ajarn Mey finishes counting. At the time of the exam, the three classes did not talk much because they had to pursue time. The difference is at their speed. Matthyom 1/3 can do it on time, then they line up to collect the filter paper. In the 1/4 matthyom ajarn Mey gives them more time because there are still many that have not yet been completed. Whereas, matthyom 1/1 they are slightly faster than matthyom 1/3. After that they are directed to the exhibition. Unfortunately, for matthyom 1/1 they didn't get there because the exhibition was finished. When they left, they lined up neatly and left in an orderly manner. How happy I was at the exhibition. The exhibition showcases what science can do like making glass handicrafts with the help of heat from fire, then there are experiments on how volcanoes occur with some chemical reactions, there are fabric coloring with natural materials, making key chains from compacted solutions, and some food street. So, this exhibition was attended by students from pre-school until secondary school. This exhibition was held by students of science and technology faculty TRU. When in crafted from glass section, I also tried to make but failed. Finally they gave me the free and better ones for me because actually they also sold the results at the exhibition. Ajarn Mey took me to see the exhibition and bought me a star shaped hanger. I hang the hanger on my cellphone. I like it. Thank you Ajarn Mey. Students who come to the exhibition will first be collected and given a map that will be stamped when they visit. After they finished visiting, they regrouped at the initial place to be given a questionnaire and took the doorprize provided by the committee. To get it, students will take one ball in a basket containing a small pile of balls. On the ball there will be a gift for them. The doorprize from pencils, toys, books to 500 baht which happened to be found by one of the students in the class watched. By the way, when matthyom 1/1 did the test I was very nervous because I teach them directly. Ah and I forgot to tell you that the school grounds were under construction so they did not hold a ceremony every morning. After all the classes ended, Alfia and I went to see a fellow sea-teacher who had not been able to meet for a long time, Diana and Suryani. We tell a lot. We exchanged stories and had a chance to meet Ajarn Wanwi. That's my day, really fun.
