7th day : Different character in every class

The second day of this observation, I thought that I would see the same teaching method as the previous day, remembering that the material described must be the same and the class character that is not much different. However, I'm wrong. The classes that will be observed today are matthyom 4/2 and 4/3. One class has characteristics that are very different from the class in the previous day so the method used is also different, namely matthyom 4/2, while matthyom 4/3 is not too different. The difference in methods lies in the learning sequence given but the material was same. The sequence used previously was the material presented divided by three, whereas today the material is only divided into two. Evaluation is also different. In the previous class, it was enough to give questions, students worked on it and discussed it together. However, today students are required to be more active. The evaluation given in the form of a test that will be contested to get points. Students are divided into groups based on rows of seats. The rule is that only, one group member can answer correctly and quickly so all group members will get points. Students who answer correctly must write the answers on the board. Questions are written on the whiteboard and given only one question. After being answered, one more question was given, until the teacher felt enough. In my opinion, this method is very effective because it increases student interest in learning. When the hour ends, the teacher asks them to show notes containing answers of the questions to be given a signature. In my opinion, the method aims to make sure all students record today's lessons and help students who are still confused with checking their mistakes in answering questions. Classes can also end with a thank you. Both classes have the same method, but in the second class students aren’t asked to show their notes. This difference in treatment is answered by different class characters. Both classes today are very different. Matthyom 4/2 has a very active character. I mean active, not positive but negative. This class is lacking in order, some of the other drawbacks that I see are students who eat in class (I can't be sure whether to eat or not, but Alfia said that eating is prohibited during the lesson), when teacher asked them to said name elements without seeing books, some students still saw the books and even students who do not care, students do not carry notes, there are students who only play and most male students do not record. I also saw the oddity that there were students carrying dolls and small blankets. This class is not as active in matthyom 4/1. However, ajarn Mey is not the type of teacher that is easy to get angry. In my opinion, therefore ajarn Mey implements a record collection system at the end of the lesson.

After leaving Matthyom 4/2, me and ajarn Mey immediately proceeded to study at Matthyom 4/3. This class is very different from the previous class. This class is not much different from matthyom 4/1. The difference is in the speed at which they catch the lesson. In delivering the material, ajarn  Mey must repeat to explain to them. Whereas matthyom 4/1, ajarn Mey only needs to explain one time. When mentioning chemical elements, just like the previous class they don't really remember either. Students in this class can pay attention to the lesson well without making a noises. Students in this class also always try to be more active even though they don't understand the material being taught. Although there are students who do not record, but only a few. According to my observation, matthyom 4/3 is better than matthyom 4/2. English in these three classes (matthyom 4/1, 4/2, 4/3) is not too bad because it seems they understand what I say. Today I also helped correct the answers of one of the students who were not sure of the answer. I am very grateful, they began to trust me as someone who can help them. I am also just aware of one method used by Mey, when explaining the material each child is expected to not record in advance, but to pay attention to the teacher because students will be given time to record after explanation. The method I like. During these two days, I concluded that the method used was quite effective.

After the class ended, Alfia and I went to the cafeteria for lunch. However, due to our shortcomings in Thai language, it makes us confused in choosing food. Luckily we, when in the cafeteria meet students who recognize us. Then we think of asking them for help. They are happy to help us order foods that do not contain things that are forbidden in my religion. As we waited for food, we met p'poy and p'mamoung's friends who had been introduced to us. They recognize us. We are lucky again, because of that

when our food is to be made, the seller asks what is desired other than eggs, but the students have returned to class so that p'poy and p'mamoung’s friends help us. Everything we experience in the canteen, really makes us very grateful. It turned out that the saying that I always planted my heart when helping people who need my help. "Whoever does not ignore people who needs help, then they will not be ignored when we need help"
